What did you most enjoy? – I LOVED the way I felt afterwards, I got good workout and I felt very calm and energized afterwards
What did you find challenging and why? – I carry a lot of tension in my legs and much of the stretching had to do with the calfs and thighs so it was hard to get through that.
Observations –I feel this will help alot with relieving stress and getting me back into a good exercise routine
